Do I need a trade account to order? +
Yes — we supply registered retailers and pharmacies only. Fill in the contact form choosing "Trade account & onboarding" and our team will verify your business within one working day.
How fast is delivery? +
Most orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day and arrive within 24–48 hours in plain, unbranded packaging.
Can I request product images or spec sheets? +
Yes, every product page has a "Download Images" link, and our brand partnerships team can share full spec sheets on request.
What if an item arrives damaged? +
Contact Order Support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
